It is hard to get contact with a board member.

Our company has various business domains from mmm to mmm.

Now， It is all the same pyramidal structure.

It works if its structure focus only on a big and

periodical sales.

like army， we attack till we get contracts， but if the surroundings are going changing rapidly and needs quick decision， the pyramidal structure doesn’t fit.

Less adminstrations， more sufficiently we decide.

Flat strucuture may fit the domain I recently engage.

I come up with the idea when I call and talk with a our board.

There are lots of middle managements compared with the stuff who are engaging this domain.

I admit there are domains that fit the pyramidal structure.

I also fear that all the domains are forced to change to the flat structure. It doesn’t make sense.
