what is this cost for?

I start to study at prep school from today.
I noticed that there stood Mindan( japanese-reside-Korean’s
society.I don’t know exact name， sorry)building as passing by to the school.

The ad attached in the front door says;
It cost 3000 for a month to study Korean. You could speak to Bae yong joon.

The other hand， it cost 100000 a month for prep school to get into graduate school!

How I recoop this cost?
But I believe the most reliable investment is for a man.
Education First，like Jewish or Chinese.
